I’m always curious what other moms eat for their lunches so I thought I would share my favorite. It’s simple and not an novel concept, but if you’re looking for a variation to your usual lunch routine, this could be a tasty option. It’s a great way to stuff in as many vegetables as you can so that you feel a little less guilty about going for that second cookie 🙂
*the measurements aren’t exact, just add as much or as little as you would like
whole grain or flavored tortilla wrap (I prefer spinach)
any other vegetables you might prefer
Spread the hummus evenly on the tortilla wrap, add the vegetables and feta, roll up and enjoy!
